CINDA operates a nationwide procurement network that leverages long-term vendor partnerships and liaises with strategic location of our Head offices in Noida, India.

Our procurement department is adept in managing local supply chains and dealing with qualified suppliers. CINDA is committed to taking the value of these partnerships with our vendors which aims to streamline procurement activities with long-term vendor partners. 

Our quality control staff and supply coordination specialists work hand-in-hand with project engineers to ensure that all procured items meet each projects specific total cost, quality and schedule requirements. 

CINDA operates an excellent inspection system for equipment and materials supplied by vendors that are as the following stages:

• Each equipment and materials manufacturer is assessed and graded by the procurement department
• Each vendor document is thoroughly reviewed and checked by each engineering discipline involved in the project

Draw up Project Procurement Inspection Plan including four inspection levels as follows to conduct the inspection accordingly:

• Level I – Resident inspection at vendor’s shop
• Level II – In-process inspection
• Level III – Final acceptance inspection
• Level IV – Vendor’s quality documents review
