Contracted feasibility study of Nitric Acid Plant by China Petrochemical Development Corp.
Contracted basic design and detailed design of VGO Hydrodesulfurization Plant by CPC. This was the first time ever that CTCI independently completed plant engineering right from the licensor stage.
